24th ranked Ukraine take on their continent rivals Greece in both teams’ opening encounter of the 2021 CEV European Men’s Volleyball Championship.
Both teams were also featured in the 2019 edition, and both sides qualified for the knockouts. Greece lost to Russia in the Round of 16 while Ukraine stumbled against eventual winners Serbia in the quarters.
