Captain Dhawan will have to perform well in this series to cement his place in the T20 World Cup.
Shikhar Dhawan has played a total of 16 ODIs against Sri Lanka in which he has scored 983 runs.
Dhawan has 4 centuries and 5 half-centuries to his name against Sri Lanka.
Hardik Pandyas performance has dropped for some time now. Looking at the T20 World Cup, he will have to show his talent in this series as an all-rounder.
Pandya has not been bowling during the match for some time now but against Sri Lanka he will have to contribute as a bowler as well.
