Smriti Mandhana and singer Palash Muchhal's wedding was scheduled for November 23rd, but it was postponed due to Smriti's father's ill health, and no update has yet been revealed regarding the new date of their wedding.

Speaking to the media, Smriti Mandhana's manager, Tuhin Mishra, said, "This morning, while Smriti's father was having breakfast, his health deteriorated. We waited a bit, thinking he would recover, but when his condition worsened, we called an ambulance and took him to the hospital. He is currently under observation."
She further said, "Smriti is very close to her father. She has decided to postpone the wedding indefinitely until he recovers. Her father is under observation, and the doctor has said he must remain in the hospital until he recovers. Smriti's decision is clear: she wants to see her father recover and then get married." Subsequently, groom Palash Muchhal also fell ill and was hospitalized with a viral infection and severe acidity. However, he has been discharged after treatment.
