Tata Safari Storme
Tata Safari Storme has served the Indian Army for a long time. The Safari offers NIJ Level 3 safety with heavy-duty upgrades, including blast-resistant features and run-flat tires. The Tata Safari Storme GS800, with a 2.2 liter diesel motor and four-wheel drive, was specifically built for the Indian Army.
Mahindra Armado
Co-developed with the Army, the Armado provides CEN B7 STANAG Level 2 protection. This giant vehicle has a seating capacity of 6 personnel and a payload of 1000 kg. It offers options like grenade launcher and machine gun.
Toyota Hilux
The Indian Army is now using Toyota Hilux, which is known for its reliability. It has recently been included in its fleet. This pickup truck has a 2.8-liter diesel engine, 6-speed automatic transmission and a strong four-wheel drive system with low-range and rear locking differential.
