There was also a war of words between Shubman Gill and James Anderson on the second day of the Test. Gill went ahead and hit a strong six over Anderson's head, which the English bowler did not like at all. Anderson was seen going near Gill and saying something. After the end of the day's play, Gill was also asked questions about this debate, but he refused to tell anything.
