The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has announced the updated schedule for the T20 Mumbai League 2025, which will now be held from June 4 to June 12. The matches will be held at two major venues in Mumbai - Wankhede Stadium and DY Patil Stadium. The rescheduling is aimed at avoiding clashes with IPL 2025 and national commitments.
The league will kick off on June 4 between Shivam Dubey's ARCS Andheri and Shreyas Iyer's SoBo Mumbai Falcons at the DY Patil Stadium. Suryakumar Yadav's Triumph Knights will take on Eagle Thane Strikers in the second match of the day.
Each team will play five matches in the league stage. The top four teams will advance to the semi-finals at the Wankhede Stadium on June 10. The final will be held at the Wankhede on June 12. Reserve days have been set aside for both the stages - June 11 for the semi-finals and June 13 for the final. The league, which is returning after a gap of six years, aims to showcase the emerging cricket talent of Mumbai.
