The Pakistan Super League 2026 (also known as PSL 11, HBL PSL 2026, or PSL T20 Season 11) will be the eleventh season of the Pakistan Super League. The Pakistan Super League 2026 is a franchise Twenty20 cricket league organized by the Pakistan Cricket Board. HBL PSL 2026 is scheduled to be played from March 26, 2026, to May 3, 2026. A total of 44 matches will be played in this tournament, featuring the participation of 8 teams.

This marks the first time in the history of the PSL that eight franchises will participate simultaneously. Two new franchises—the Hyderabad Kingsmen and the Rawalpindi Pindis—have been acquired for PKR 175 crore and PKR 245 crore, respectively. These teams will compete alongside Islamabad United, Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Multan Sultans, Peshawar Zalmi, and Quetta Gladiators; this season is expected to be the most competitive one yet.

For this season, the number of cities hosting league matches has increased to six. While Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi are established venues, Faisalabad and Peshawar will now host HBL-PSL matches for the very first time. The Peshawar-based Imran Khan Cricket Stadium will host its first top-tier match in several years on March 28; in this fixture, Peshawar Zalmi will face off against the Rawalpindi Pindis.

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) was launched in 2016. Right from its inaugural season, the PSL has emerged as one of the world's most renowned leagues, bringing together local talent and international stars on a single platform. This league has provided a stage for young players to shine and showcase their abilities.

Islamabad United made history in 2016 by defeating the Quetta Gladiators to become the PSL's first-ever champion team. Over the years, they have emerged as the league's most successful franchise, having clinched titles in 2016, 2018, and 2024. In the most recent final, they secured their third championship title by defeating the Multan Sultans by two wickets.

The PSL has consistently surpassed its previous editions in terms of the quality of cricketers participating in the tournament. Peshawar Zalmi won their maiden title in 2017, the Quetta Gladiators became champions in 2019, while the Karachi Kings claimed the trophy in 2020. The Multan Sultans joined the list of champions in 2021 following a stellar performance against Peshawar Zalmi.

Under the captaincy of Shaheen Afridi, the Lahore Qalandars carved a niche for themselves by winning two consecutive titles in 2022 and 2023. In the 2023 final, they defeated the Multan Sultans by a narrow margin, further extending their dominance by winning the 2025 title.
