Former India fast bowler Munaf Patel has been appointed as the bowling coach of Delhi Capitals. He will now join head coach Hemang Badani and Director of Cricket Venugopal Rao in Delhi's coaching staff. Munaf Patel is going to step into the field of coaching for the first time after saying goodbye to his cricket career in the year 2018. Munaf Patel played for Rajasthan Royals, Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Lions in his IPL career.
Delhi Capitals has confirmed the appointment of Munaf Patel as bowling coach through social media. He is going to replace Australian all-rounder James Hopes in the role of bowling coach.
