According to Haryana captain Ankit, every match has been like a knockout game for them. They lost two matches in the group stage and then suffered a defeat against defending champions Mumbai in the Super League. However, they improved their net run rate (NRR) with a brilliant performance against Hyderabad in their last match and secured their place in the final.
