Harsh Vardhan has been appointed the new president of the Bihar Cricket Association. He will replace Rakesh Tiwari of the BCA in this position.
Rakesh Tiwari's name recently came under controversy when former Bihar Cricket Association secretary Sanjay Kumar issued a press release stating that Rakesh Kumar Tiwari had put the future of players from across Bihar, including Arwal, at stake by labeling players from outside states as Biharis and playing them in the Bihar team to make personal gains.

Ms. Priya Kumari will serve as Vice President, while Ziaul Arifin will serve as Secretary. Mr. Abhishek Nandan has been elected Treasurer, and Mr. Rohit Kumar as Joint Secretary. With the results announced on Sunday, all other office bearers were also elected unopposed.
The Bihar Cricket Association (BCA) has also announced that the men's senior and men's under-23 selection trials and preparatory camps will begin at the Moin-ul-Haq Stadium in Patna on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Players have been instructed to report to the stadium by 4 pm on September 29, 2025.
