Akshay Thakur - Monday, Sep 29, 2025Asia Cup 2025 Prize Money: The Indian team won the Asia Cup 2025 title for the 9th time by defeating Pakistan by 5 wickets in the final of the Asia Cup. This was Team India's second win in this format after the 2016 Men's T20 Asia Cup. After winning the 17th edition of the Asia Cup, Team India was showered with money.
After India's victory over Pakistan, the BCCI announced in Dubai that the Indian cricket team and support staff will be given a prize money of Rs 21 crore. Speaking to news agency PTI, BCCI Secretary Devajit Saikia said that this is a great victory and the BCCI announces a reward of Rs 21 crore to the players and support staff who were part of this Asia Cup.

It's worth noting that the Indian team performed brilliantly in this tournament. Team India remained unbeaten and won seven consecutive matches to win the title. BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla also tweeted his congratulations to the team.
