But the schedule of the entire tournament has not been released yet, rather only the first 21 matches have been announced. But why did BCCI do this? Why BCCI Announced only 21 matches schedule for IPL 2024?

Actually, due to the Lok Sabha elections to be held this year, the schedule of the tournament will be released in two phases. The schedule of the remaining matches will be released after the election dates. Currently, the schedule has been revealed only for the matches to be played till April 7. Now it will be interesting to see when the election date comes and when the schedule of the remaining IPL matches is announced.

Let us tell you that the first match of IPL 2024 will be played between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Chennai will start the tournament with its home ground, that is, the first match will be played in Chennai. A double header will be seen on 7th April. The first match will be between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals from 3:30 pm. Then the second match will be between Lucknow Super Giants and Gujarat Titans from 7:30 pm.
