Nepal Crush West Indies by 90 Runs: The Nepal cricket team created history on Monday by defeating two-time T20 World Cup champions West Indies by 90 runs. With this victory, Nepal took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match T20 series and won a T20 series against an ICC Full Member team for the first time. This match was the second T20 match between Nepal and West Indies, and Nepal created a record by registering its second consecutive win.

Now, the two teams will face each other in the third and final T20 on Tuesday, where Nepal will aim for a clean sweep. This victory for Nepal is the biggest victory of an Associate team against a Full Member team by run margin. Previously, Nepal had created history by winning the first T20 match by 19 runs.

Nepal, batting first, posted a strong total of 173/6. Two of the team's young batsmen, Asif Sheikh and Sundeep Zora, scored brilliant half-centuries. Sheikh scored an unbeaten 68 off 47 balls, while Zora smashed 63 off 39 balls, including five sixes. The two shared a 100-run partnership, which helped Nepal post a big total.

Chasing the target, the West Indies were completely bowled out for just 83 runs in 17.1 overs. Nepal's medium-pacer Mohammad Adil Alam produced a career-best performance, taking four wickets for 24 runs. This is the West Indies' lowest T20I total against an Associate team, falling even further behind England's 88 against the Netherlands in the 2014 T20 World Cup.

The West Indies batting was a complete failure. Only three batsmen reached double figures. Jason Holder top-scored with 21 runs. Team captain Akeal Hossain said after the match, "We need to quickly understand that this is international cricket. If we can't prove ourselves at this level, we should question ourselves whether we are truly international players."
