Team India welcome ceremony after winning the Asia Cup: The Indian team won the Asia Cup 2025 title by defeating Pakistan by 5 wickets in the final. With this victory, the Indian team has now returned home. The team's players returned to various cities across the country.
Suryakumar Yadav received a warm welcome at his Deonar residence in Mumbai. Head coach Gautam Gambhir and spinner Kuldeep Yadav landed at the Ahmedabad airport, where they were greeted by fans, a video of which is going viral.
News agency IANS shared a video on its Twitter handle, showing Team India's star all-rounder Hardik Pandya arriving at Mumbai airport. Hardik returned home after India's Asia Cup 2025 win.
Fans turned out in large numbers to welcome him at Ahmedabad airport. Amid tight security, Hardik waved and thanked the fans before boarding his car and leaving for home. The video is rapidly going viral.
News agency ANI shared a video in which Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav was given a royal welcome with a tilak (a sacred thread) applied on his forehead.
Tilak Varma, the hero of India's victory in the Asia Cup 2025 final, received a grand welcome at Hyderabad airport.
In the video, he was seen emerging from the sunroof of his car to greet all the fans. Tilak was awarded the Player of the Match award in the final against Pakistan. He scored an unbeaten 69 off 63 balls, including four sixes and three fours.
