After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Guyana Amazon Warriors did not have a great start, but in the middle order, Romario Shepherd changed the course of the match by playing a stormy innings. Shepherd scored an unbeaten 73 off just 34 balls, including 5 fours and 7 skyscraper sixes. Thanks to his innings, the Guyana team managed to score a huge score of 202 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs.
