Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have officially revealed their brand-new jersey for the upcoming IPL 2026 season. With the tournament expected to begin in late March after the conclusion of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026, the franchise has decided to enter the new season with a bold and refreshed look.
Bold Red and Blue Design Steals the Spotlight
The new LSG jersey features striking red and blue vertical stripes running across the body, creating a vibrant and eye-catching design. The bold color combination gives the team a completely fresh identity compared to previous seasons.
The franchise’s newly launched logo is placed prominently on the left side of the chest. The sleeves and collar continue the striped pattern, while the modern crew neck finish adds a sleek and stylish touch to the kit.
Pant, Shami and Markram Star in Launch Video
In a video shared on the franchise’s official social media handles, captain Rishabh Pant, senior pacer Mohammad Shami, and batter Aiden Markram were seen proudly wearing the new jersey.
Pant was spotted placing his hand on the new logo, symbolizing leadership and confidence ahead of the new season. Markram appeared with a bat in hand, while Shami posed with a cricket ball, showcasing the team’s strong batting and bowling core.

New Logo Reflects Strength and Ambition
Earlier, the franchise had also unveiled a redesigned logo. The new emblem features the face of an elephant at the center, symbolizing power and stability. Two wings extend from both sides, representing ambition and the desire to soar higher. The color theme has shifted towards a bold red shade, perfectly complementing the new jersey design.
With both a fresh logo and a revamped kit, LSG are clearly signaling a new beginning in IPL 2026.
LSG Aim for a Turnaround in IPL 2026
After two disappointing seasons, Lucknow Super Giants will be determined to improve their performance. In IPL 2025, they finished seventh on the points table with six wins and eight defeats. They also ended seventh in the 2024 season, missing out on the playoffs once again.
Having finished outside the top four for two consecutive years, Pant and his squad will aim for a strong comeback this time.
Key Signings Boost the Squad
To strengthen their lineup, LSG made significant additions at the IPL 2026 auction. They signed Sri Lankan all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga, South African fast bowler Anrich Nortje, and Australian wicketkeeper-batter Josh Inglis.
The franchise also brought in three uncapped Indian players - Mukul Chaudhary, Akshat Raghuvanshi, and Naman Tiwari - to add depth and fresh energy to the squad.
