Ranji Trophy: J&K beats Delhi for the first time
In fact, for the first time in 65 years in the history of the Ranji Trophy, the Jammu and Kashmir team defeated the Delhi team (J&K beat Delhi for the first time in 65 years). In the match, the Jammu and Kashmir team won the toss and elected to bowl first. Delhi was bowled out for 211 in the first innings. In the first innings, Delhi's captain, Ayush Badoni, and Ayush Doseja shared a 107-run partnership.
Ayush scored 64 runs off 82 balls, including six fours, while Ayush Doseja made 65 runs, including six fours and a six. Sumit Mathur played an unbeaten innings of 55 runs for the team.

Aqib Nabi bowled brilliantly for the Jammu and Kashmir team. Bowling 5 maiden overs in 16 overs, he took 5 wickets for 35 runs. His economy rate was 2.18. Vansh Sharma and Abid Mushtaq each took two wickets. Sunil Kumar also took one wicket.

In the first innings, Jammu and Kashmir captain Paras Dogra scored 106 runs. Abdul Samad scored 85 runs off 115 balls. Kanhaiya Wadhawan scored 47 runs. Thus, Jammu and Kashmir's innings was restricted to 310 runs, giving them a 99-run lead based on their first innings.
Kamran Iqbal Scores Century in the Second Innings
In Delhi's second innings, captain Ayush Badoni scored 72 runs. Ayush Doseja also scored 62 runs. Sanat Sangwan and Yash Dhull each scored 34 runs. Jammu and Kashmir's Vanshaj Sharma wreaked havoc with the ball, taking a total of 6 wickets. He bowled one maiden over during this period. Sahil Luthra took three wickets, and Abid Mushtaq took one wicket. Thus, Jammu and Kashmir got a target of 179 runs to win in the second innings.
Chasing this, Kamran Iqbal batted brilliantly and scored 133 runs in 147 balls with the help of 20 fours and 3 sixes. Shubman Khajuria scored 8 runs in 8 balls, while Vivrant Sharma was out after scoring just 3 runs. Captain Paras Dogra played an unbeaten inning of 10 runs. Thus, Jammu and Kashmir team achieved this target in 43.3 overs.
