The 11th season of Pro Kabaddi League is now nearing its end. The first two eliminator matches of the season are to be played on Thursday. In the first eliminator, UP Yoddha will face Jaipur Pink Panthers. Both the teams have performed well in the group stage. While UP finished the group stage at the third position, Jaipur secured the last position in the top six. UP won 13 out of 22 matches in the league stage, while Jaipur managed to win 12 out of 22 matches.
Arjun Deshwal, the third best raider of the season with 225 raid points, is Jaipur's biggest strength. If UP has to get a good result in the match, then they will have to control Arjun. Jaipur's defense can prove to be their weak link. Ankush Rathi has made a comeback to some extent, but he is still not able to give his best. The other defenders of the team are continuously disappointing match after match. Talking about UP, the return of Surender Gill is also a matter of relief for them amidst the excellent performance of Gagan Gowda and Bhavani Rajput. Hitesh and Sumit have consistently shown their brilliance in defense. UP has more match-winning players than Jaipur.
