In reply, RCB scored 203 runs for the loss of four wickets in 15.4 overs to clinch the victory. RCB now holds the record for the fastest chase of a 200+ run target in the IPL. In doing so, RCB surpassed Rajasthan Royals, who had chased down a 200+ run target in 15.5 overs against Gujarat Titans in 2025.
