BCCI will ask ICC to host matches in Dubai or Sri Lanka

India has not toured Pakistan since 2008. Both teams have clashed in ICC events. Last year, Pakistan hosted the Asia Cup, but after India's insistence on not going to Pakistan, it was decided to play the Asia Cup on a hybrid model. The Indian team played its matches in the Asia Cup in Sri Lanka. The Indian team claimed that their government did not allow them to go to Pakistan and play the Asia Cup.
