In 2022, there was a fierce dispute in the match between Pakistan and Bangladesh in which Shakib Al Hasan of Bangladesh clashed with the umpire. In the 11th over of Bangladesh's innings, the ball hit Shakib's pad. Pakistan team appealed.

The umpire gave out, but Shakib took review. It was clearly visible in the review that the ball first hit Shakib's bat and then the pad. But the third umpire gave him out. Meanwhile, Shakib started arguing with the umpire and walked out in anger.
