Tilak Verma along with Sanju Samson made an unbeaten partnership of 210 runs in 86 balls for the second wicket. Tilak Verma played an unbeaten inning of 120 runs in 47 balls with the help of 9 fours and 10 sixes.

Samson and Tilak have so far shared a partnership of more than 150 runs for the second wicket. This is the record of completing 200 runs in the third least overs in T20 International. The record of completing 200 runs in the least overs in T20 International is in the name of South Africa, which completed 200 runs in 13.5 overs against West Indies in 2023.
