South Africa Announced Squad for T20 Tri-Series Against Zimbabwe and New Zealand: South Africa has announced the squad for the upcoming T20I tri-series against New Zealand and Zimbabwe. South Africa has handed over the responsibility of captaincy to Rassie van der Dussen. Apart from this, four uncapped players have also been given place in the team.

South Africa has appointed Rassie van der Dussen, who has played 50 T20 International matches, as the captain of its T20 International team. Four uncapped players - Corbin Bosch, Luan-Dre Pretorius, Rubin Herman and Senuran Muthusamy - have also been given place in this team. These players are included in the team for the tri-series against hosts Zimbabwe and New Zealand. This series will be played in Harare from 14 to 26 July.

At the same time, Corbin Bosch has got a chance to debut in T20 after ODIs and Tests. Corbin made a significant contribution to MI Cape Town's victory this year, while Muthusamy strengthens the team's spin-bowling all-rounder options. Dewald Brevis, who plays for Chennai Super Kings, has also been included in the team. Apart from this, Nandre Burger and Gerald Coetzee have also returned after injury.
These two fast bowlers will take charge of South Africa's fast bowling attack along with Lungi Ngidi and Kwena Mphaka. This series is being seen as South Africa's preparation for the 2026 T20 World.
