During this, he shared a brilliant 163-run partnership for the second wicket with Virat Kohli, laying the foundation for India's victory. Rohit Sharma remained unbeaten on 121, while Virat Kohli also played a brilliant unbeaten inning of 74 runs. India won the match by 9 wickets.
