Rishabh Pant became the batsman to hit the most sixes in Test matches against England: According to the statistics so far, Pant has hit 35 sixes in Tests against England, leaving behind West Indies legend Sir Vivian Richards, who had 34 sixes against England. Pant's achievement can be said to be the result of his aggressive and fearless batting style, which has given a glimpse of new thinking in Test cricket as well.
Two more young batsmen from India are included in this list - Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill. Both of them have added a new dimension to Test cricket by batting aggressively in the matches played against England in recent times. Jaiswal has hit 27 sixes in just a few matches, which is an indication that he can go higher in this list in the coming times. Not only this, Pant has also equaled Rohit Sharma's record. He has now become the joint second highest six-hitter in Tests. Pant and Rohit have hit 88 sixes each in Tests. This list is topped by Virender Sehwag, who hit 90 sixes in 103 Tests.
