The defending champions of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), are gearing up for the upcoming IPL 2026 season with exciting plans for their fans. The franchise has received approval to host some of their home matches at the iconic M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.

In addition to Bengaluru, the team will also play two of their home fixtures at the Shaheed Narayan Singh International Stadium. The decision brings good news for RCB supporters as the team prepares to defend its title in the 2026 season.

RCB Unboxing Event Likely on March 20 or 22

RCB has reportedly announced that its much-awaited Unboxing Event will take place at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on March 20 or March 22. The event has become a major pre-season celebration for the franchise and its loyal fans.

During the event, RCB players will interact with fans, unveil the new team jersey, and participate in various fun activities and performances. Over the years, the Unboxing event has evolved into a massive fan festival that attracts thousands of supporters.

However, the stadium management will also face the responsibility of ensuring smooth arrangements for the event, particularly considering the challenges faced during the team’s previous victory celebrations.
