
Jammu and Kashmir defeated Rajasthan by an innings and 141 runs in the second round of the 2025 Ranji Trophy. The match, played at the Srinagar ground, was dominated by one player: fast bowler Aaqib. Aaqib Nabi took three wickets in the first innings, preventing Rajasthan from scoring a big total. Then, he wreaked havoc in the second innings, dismissing seven batsmen, and Rajasthan were all out for just 89 runs. Thanks to his lethal bowling, Aaqib Nabi also won the Player of the Match award.
