Punjab Kings Full Squad IPL 2026: The Punjab Kings team for the 19th season of the IPL has been finalized. They needed to buy a total of four players in the auction held in Abu Dhabi, and they managed to sign two Australian players.

Ahead of the IPL 2026 auction, when Punjab Kings released their list of retained and released players, they decided to release a total of six players. This gave them the opportunity to buy four players in the auction, and they had a remaining purse of ₹11.50 crore.

Punjab Kings captain, Shreyas Iyer, was also present at the auction, where he successfully acquired two promising players, Cooper Connolly and Ben Dwarshuis, who will be seen playing for Punjab Kings in the upcoming season.

Punjab Kings spent ₹4.40 crore on Ben Dwarshuis:

Punjab Kings needed to buy only four players in the IPL 2026 auction, and they had two slots available for overseas players. Punjab Kings spent the most money on Australian bowler Ben Dwarshuis, acquiring him for a total of ₹4.40 crore. They then bought Cooper Connolly, whose base price was ₹2 crore, for ₹3 crore. Punjab Kings also purchased two uncapped Indian players, Vishal Nishad and Praveen Dubey, both at their base price of ₹30 lakh.
