The first match of the 11th season of Pro Kabaddi League is to be played between defending champions Puneri Paltan and UP Yoddha on Tuesday. The season is going great for Puneri and they are third in the points table after losing only three out of 10 matches. However, they have lost two matches in the last three matches. UP Yoddha has lost five out of nine and after four consecutive defeats, they won the last match.
This match can be of the corner defenders who are in great form. Puneri's right corner Gaurav Khatri is in great form and has been the most successful defender of the season with 40 tackle points. On the other hand, UP's left corner Sumit is also showing good form with 32 tackle points in nine matches. Puneri's left corner Aman has scored 29 tackle points, but UP's right corner is constantly proving to be weak. Both teams are almost equal in raiding because they will not be dependent on any one player. The team which plays more aggressively in defense will have a higher chance of winning.
