Leg spinner Anil Kumble holds the record for taking the most wickets in Indian cricket. He took a total of 953 wickets in his international career, which includes Tests, ODIs and T20 Internationals. Kumble was an aggressive bowler and was adept at deceiving batsmen with a mixture of googly and leg spin. He is considered one of India's greatest bowlers.
Indian team's star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja bowled brilliantly in the first ODI against England and was successful in taking three wickets. With this, Jadeja has completed 600 wickets in international cricket for India and he is the fifth Indian bowler to do so. Ravindra Jadeja has become the highest wicket-taker in ODIs between India and England by dismissing Jacob Bethell. Jadeja has taken 42 wickets in ODIs against this team so far. In this matter, he left behind James Anderson who took 40 wickets during the ODI series between the two countries.
