Australian fast bowler Scott Boland has become the only bowler in the world to take a hat-trick in the 'Pink Ball Test'. He did this feat during the third Test match played against West Indies (WI vs AUS, 3rd Test) in Jamaica. Scott Boland created this record in the 14th over of West Indies' second innings. He got Justin Greaves caught out by Webster on the first ball of the over, after which he got Shamar Joseph out LBW. Scott Boland was one step away from creating history. Jomel Warrican came out to bat and Boland completed the hat-trick by bowling him. With this, Scott Boland also became the 12th Australian player to take a hat-trick in Test cricket and became the 49th bowler overall. (hat-tricks in Test cricket)
