Football fans across India are set for a historic weekend as Lionel Messi arrives in the country for the much-anticipated GOAT India Tour 2025. The three-day tour will take the global football icon to Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai and New Delhi between December 13 and December 15, marking Messi’s first visit to India in 14 years.
The tour blends football, culture and celebrity-driven events, with select programmes available for live viewing across the country.
Lionel Messi Arrives with Argentina Teammates
Messi will be joined by his long-time teammate Luis Suárez and Argentina midfield star Rodrigo De Paul, a key contributor to Argentina’s triumph at the FIFA World Cup 2022. Together, the trio will participate in public appearances, seven-a-side football matches, cultural showcases and charity events across major Indian venues.
