Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) registered a dominant 65-run victory over Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Match 6 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Thursday, April 2.
After posting a massive 226/8 in 20 overs, SRH’s bowlers dismantled the KKR batting lineup, bundling them out for 161 runs in just 16 overs. The win marked Hyderabad’s first victory of the season, while Kolkata suffered their second straight defeat in IPL 2026.

Thanks to these contributions, SRH finished with a strong total of 226/8 in 20 overs.

For Kolkata, Blessing Muzarabani was the standout bowler with 4 wickets, while Vaibhav Arora picked up 2 wickets.
