The 15th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 sees Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) take on Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the iconic Eden Gardens, Kolkata, on Thursday, April 9. KKR will be desperate to open their account after a rough start to the season, losing their first two matches against Mumbai Indians (MI) and SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH). Their previous encounter against Punjab Kings (PBKS) was cut short due to rain when KKR was 25/2, adding to their woes.

Meanwhile, LSG bounced back with a five-wicket win over SRH, chasing 157 successfully after their opening defeat to Delhi Capitals (DC). The Super Giants will aim to carry forward their positive momentum, especially with their in-form batters.

Here are the top three batters who are expected to shine and can be strong Dream11 and My11Circle picks:

1. Rishabh Pant (LSG)

Rishabh Pant, the LSG captain, is in excellent form and can single-handedly influence the outcome of the game. He scored an unbeaten 68 off 50 balls against SRH, anchoring the innings at a strike rate of 136 and hitting nine boundaries. After a slow start in the opening match against DC, Pant moved up to No. 3 and made a match-winning impact.

Pant has a strong record against KKR, amassing 385 runs in 16 IPL innings at a strike rate of 147.51. In IPL history, he has 3,628 runs in 127 matches, including two centuries and 20 fifties. Across all T20s, Pant has 5,366 runs in 218 games, making him a reliable pick for fantasy teams.
