In the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 action, Gujarat Titans (GT) get ready to take on the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on Thursday, May 22, at Ahmedabad's legendary Narendra Modi Stadium. GT skipper Shubman Gill has been leading by example, both tactically and with the bat. The elegant right-hander has scored 601 runs in 12 matches, averaging 60.10 at a strike-rate of 155.69, with six fifties to his credit.
Gill was instrumental in Gujarat’s previous win over Delhi, scoring an unbeaten 93 off 53 balls, studded with three boundaries and seven sixes. He also made an impact the last time GT faced LSG, scoring 60 runs off 38 deliveries. As Gujarat aim to cement their place in the top two, Gill's form at the top will be crucial once again.

Sai Sudharsan has been in incredible form for Gujarat and has emerged as one of the IPL 2025's most notable batters. The young left-hander leads GT’s run charts with 617 runs from 12 games, averaging 56.09 and striking at 156.99. His season includes a century and five fifties.

In their last match against DC, Sudharsan was at his destructive best, scoring a match-winning 108 not out off 61 balls, peppered with 12 boundaries and four sixes.
