The Indian women's selection committee has announced the Indian squad for the one-off Test match against Australia. The selection committee has named a 15-member team, which includes several star players. Star opener Pratiksha Rawal is also making a comeback after being sidelined for a considerable period due to a leg injury. Pratiksha sustained the injury during the World Cup and had been away from international cricket since then, but she is now ready to return for the Test match. She has not been included in the ODI and T20 squads for this tour. It remains to be seen whether Pratiksha or Shafali Verma will get the opportunity to open the batting in the Test match.

When will this Test match be played?

This four-day Test match will be played from March 6 to 9 at the WACA Ground in Perth. Harmanpreet Kaur will captain the team, and Smriti Mandhana will be the vice-captain. This Test match will be played at the end of India's tour of Australia, which begins in mid-February. Following the Test, six limited-overs matches will be played. The series will begin with three T20 matches, followed by three One Day Internationals. The first match of the tour, a T20, will be played on February 15 in Sydney.
