The biggest signing for Gujarat Titans was former West Indies captain Jason Holder, who was bought for ₹7 crore. Holder is a powerful all-rounder who can score quick runs and take important wickets.
GT also signed uncapped fast bowler Ashok Sharma for ₹90 lakh. He performed well in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, and Gujarat Titans won a bidding battle against Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders to sign him.
