Gujarat Titans (GT) will begin their campaign in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 season with a match against the Punjab Kings on March 31. The team, led by Shubman Gill, will look to start the tournament with a strong performance.
According to the schedule released by the Board of Control for Cricket in India, Gujarat Titans will play only one home match in the first phase of the tournament. Their only home game will be against the Rajasthan Royals on April 4 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
After that match, Gujarat Titans will play two away games. They will face the Delhi Capitals on April 8 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Then they will travel to Lucknow to play against the Lucknow Super Giants on April 12 at the Ekana Cricket Stadium.
The BCCI has announced the schedule for only the first 20 matches of IPL 2026. The remaining schedule will be released later after considering state election dates in Assam, West Bengal, and Tamil Nadu.

Gujarat Titans Aim for a Good Start

However, the team will want to do better in the knockout matches this time. In the previous season, Gujarat Titans depended heavily on their top-order batters to score runs. This year, the team will expect better contributions from the middle order as well.
