WPL 2025 Auction: A mini auction was held in Bengaluru on Sunday before the Women's Premier League 2025. Gujarat Giants, which has not won the title so far, entered the auction with the highest amount of Rs 4 crore 40 lakh. The team spent crores of rupees on Deandra Dottin and Simran Sheikh. Apart from this, the franchise bought Daniel Gibson and Prakashika Naik. Gujarat Giants spent Rs 4 crore in the auction. So now they have Rs 40 lakh left in their purse.
