This tournament will be the country's first World Cup under the guidance of new captain Sciver-Brunt and head coach Charlotte Edwards. Australia won the title by defeating England in the 2022 final.
Head Coach Charlotte Edwards said, playing for your country in the World Cup is one of the biggest honors in the world of sports and I am very happy for all the players in the team.
