England announced squad for T20I series against Ireland: England have announced their squads for the T20Is in Ireland. The team will play three ODIs and three 20-over matches against South Africa, starting on Tuesday, September 2 at Headingley in Leeds. The three-match T20I series against Ireland will be played at Malahide in Dublin, with the first match on Wednesday, September 17.

All-rounder Jacob Bethell has been named captain for the T20I series against Ireland, with the 21-year-old set to become England's youngest captain in an international match.

Sonny Baker is a player we have been keeping an eye on for some time, and he has performed impressively while playing with England Lions. He has maintained his form this season in white ball cricket with Hampshire and Manchester Originals and he deserves a chance,".
