It got so big that the umpire had to intervene to stop the two players. Despite this, both of them kept verbally attacking each other. The dispute had escalated a lot. Why did the fight happen between Abhishek and Digvesh?: While other bowlers were getting beaten, Digvesh Rathi was proving to be economical. He dismissed Abhishek Sharma on the third ball of the 8th over, who had scored 59 runs in 20 balls. After this important wicket, Digvesh Rathi did his notebook celebration, for which he has also had to pay a fine twice. However, before this celebration, Digvesh had also signaled Abhishek to go out, and this probably made Abhishek very angry.
There was a heated argument between the two, Abhishek started coming back towards the bowler. Digvesh was also continuously saying something, the players with him were trying to silence him.
