Champions Trophy 2025 Stats: India won the title by defeating New Zealand by 4 wickets in the final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. New Zealand won the toss and batted first and scored 251 runs for the loss of 7 wickets. Daryl Mitchell scored 63 runs in 101 balls and Michael Bracewell scored 53 runs in 40 balls. Matt Henry was awarded the Golden Ball Award after the final of the Champions Trophy. He was given this award for taking the most wickets in the tournament. New Zealand's Rachin Ravindra has scored the most runs in the tournament and has been awarded the Golden Bet. Rachin scored 263 runs in four matches. Rachin was dismissed in the final after scoring 37 runs in 29 balls with the help of four fours and a six.
Rachin left behind India's Shreyas Iyer in this matter who scored 243 runs in five matches. Apart from Rachin, India's Virat Kohli was also in this race, but he was dismissed after scoring one run in the final and missed out on becoming the highest run scorer in the tournament.
