RCB has announced a financial support of INR 10 lakh to each of the eleven families of the deceased: RCB has announced financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh each to the families of the 11 fans who died in the stampede outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium. The franchise has said in its statement that apart from this, a fund called 'RCB Cares' is also being created to help the fans injured in this tragic incident.

RCB Victory Parade Stampede Tragedy: In fact, RCB won the IPL title for the first time in the 18th season. When the team reached Bangalore from Ahmedabad on Wednesday, the fans were desperate to get a glimpse of the team. However, no arrangements were made for their security. From Vidhan Soudha to Chinnaswamy fans were desperate to enter the stadium. They climbed trees, cars, buses, whatever tall thing they saw. Not only this, fans were also seen climbing the walls and fencing of the stadium.
The police lathicharged outside the stadium. Then there was news of 11 people dying and many were injured in the stampede outside the stadium. Since then, the round of allegations and counter-allegations is going on between the Congress government of Karnataka and the BJP. While the BJP accused the Siddaramaiah government of mismanagement, the Congress has accused the BJP of doing politics in the matter.
