Bowlers with most five-wicket hauls in WTC history: Indian cricket team's experienced fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has registered another world record in his name. Let us tell you that now he has become the first bowler to take the most five-wicket hauls or fifers in World Test Championship history. Bumrah has surpassed former veteran spinner R Ashwin in this matter, who had done this feat a total of 11 times in WTC.
But now Bumrah has left Ashwin behind. Bumrah registered this unique record after taking five wickets in England's first innings in the ongoing third Test match against England at Lord's. This was Bumrah's 12th fifer in WTC history. Apart from this, Australia's Pat Cummins and Nathan Lyon have also taken five-wicket hauls 10-10 times respectively.
