The first match of the 11th season of Pro Kabaddi League is to be played between Bengal Warriors and Telugu Titans on Thursday. Even without Pawan Sehrawat, the Titans team is playing brilliantly. Titans has shown its consistency by winning four out of the last five matches. On the other hand, Bengal has lost four out of the last five matches and is currently on a hat-trick of defeats. Bengal has won only three out of 10 matches this season, while Titans has won seven out of 11 matches.
No information has been revealed about the nature of Pawan's injury, but considering the performance of the team without him, there will be no hurry to bring him on the mat. Vijay Malik has performed much better than expected in both captaincy and raiding. Ajit Pawar and Sagar have also impressed in defense. Maninder Singh's not performing well has been the biggest problem for Bengal. Maninder is not looking in rhythm at all. However, Nitin Dhankar has tried his best to keep getting points for the team in raiding. In defense, captain Fazel Atrachalli has performed well so far, but he is not getting support from others.
