"I am fine mentally, but I am in a better state physically. This is something that was slowly bothering me. The workload has been very high in the series so far. Last week at Lord's also, I had to work very hard. I spent a long time batting and bowling. The same was repeated this week. I told the team many times on the field that pain is just an emotion. So yes, this is just one of those things.

Actually this is a problem with my bicep tendon. The workload has been very high in this whole series, and it has gradually emerged. As an all-rounder, I spent a lot of time on the field this week and this increased the problem a bit. But I kept playing because the pain did not increase throughout the day. It remained as it was. That's why I kept playing. Hopefully it will calm down now and I will be fully fit for the last match."
