After the Test series, an ODI series will be played between the two teams. The first ODI will be played on July 2 and the second on July 5 in Colombo. The third and last ODI will be held in Pallekele on July 8.

Naim Sheikh played his last ODI for Bangladesh in the year 2023. He has played 8 ODIs so far, scoring 95 runs. Bangladesh Cricket Team Chief Selector Gazi Ashraf Hussain said that I think he has changed his batting pattern.
