Chaturdashi Tithi According to Panchang: According to the Hindu calendar, Chaturdashi Tithi will start from 1:16 pm on October 30. Chaturdashi Tithi will remain till 3:54 pm on October 31. According to beliefs, the festival of Chhoti Diwali is celebrated on the night of Kartik Krishna Chaturdashi. In such a situation, it would be right to celebrate Chhoti Diwali on October 30. Chaturdashi Tithi will prevail on the night of the 30th.
