What is Brahmos Testing Facility?: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated the BrahMos Integration and Testing Facility Centre in Lucknow through video conferencing.
The Rs 300 crore facility is a key part of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor and reflects India's commitment towards self-reliant defence manufacturing. It not only includes missile production but also a material complex for testing, integration and aerospace-grade components. This is a big leap towards Aatmanirbhar Bharat, which will give a strategic boost to regional industrial development.

- Air to surface range: 450-500 KM
- Sea to surface range: 500 KM
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's statement came out
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said, 'I could not come to Lucknow because of the situation we are going through. Today is a very special day. Today in 1998, India showed its strength in Pokhran. This project was completed in forty months. In the current circumstances, timely work is needed. Operation Sindoor gave a reply to the terrorists who wiped off the vermilion of our sisters by carrying out terrorist attacks.'
Rajnath said, 'We never targeted their citizens. The whole world is watching what is the result of terrorist incidents in India. This is a new India which will take strict action against terrorism on this side and the other side of the border. PM Modi has told this. Whoever carries out terrorist incidents in India, even the land across the border will not be able to save him. The whole world saw how India hurts terrorism.'
